Small Hand Stitched Huggie Earring
To create this piece I hand stitched fabric and then cast this fabric into metal, a technique I haven't seen done before.
This earring is part of the Women's Work collection, inspired by traditional quilting.
Since women's stories are often excluded from historical narratives, sewers and quilt makers used the "domestic arts" as a creative space to not only share their own perspective, but communicate messages of freedom, safety, progress and community.
Materials: Handcrafted in 14k gold plate over brass. All of our products are hypoallergenic and nickel free.
Return Policy
We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US in the form of store credit. For returns outside of the US, you are responsible for return shipping costs. All eligible returns will be credited back in the form of store credit. Eligible items for return must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Original shipping fees, worn or damaged merchandise, and gift cards are non-refundable. Permanent bracelets, charms, customized products, and items from the Women's Makers Walls are final sale.
