We accept returns as exchanges for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Made to order, sale and custom items are not eligible for return. This includes anklets, bracelets, and necklaces built through our Build Your Own feature.

We do not offer refunds. Purchases made with Amazon Pay are non-refundable and final sale.
All sale, custom orders, charm bar, and "Other Woman Makers" purchases are final sale.

NB Free Shipping is a free shipping option for United States residents that is sent USPS Parcel Retail Service for orders over $30. This shipping option does not include insurance but it does include tracking. We are not responsible for lost parcels once they have left our store. If your package is lost in the mail please contact your local postal provider. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing.
Other Shipping options:
USPS Priority Mail which includes $50 insurance.
Next Day delivery is available for delivery by the next day when placed before 4pm Monday-Friday, Next day shipping orders placed on the weekends or after 4pm will arrive within 2 days.
International packaging rates are calculated based on Weight and Country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Reservations - book your reservation here

Reservations are reserved for groups of 5+, smaller groups are welcome to walk-in for an appointment during our regular bracelet bar hours at our Austin and Dallas locations. A $20/person deposit is required to hold a reservation and confirm a private appointment. Chains and charms will be billed separately at time of service but your deposit will be deducted from your purchase total. These deposits are non-refundable. We do not do welded anklets or necklaces for safety and sanitary reasons.

Permanent Bracelets

All permanent bracelets include one free repair, any additional repairs are $5. In order to be eligible for a repair you must have the original bracelet chain with you. All permanent bracelets are final sale.
