Do your bracelets tarnish?

Our 14k Goldfill bracelets are a forever product like solid gold. Even with regular everyday wear they should never tarnish. Always be careful though - in rare cases, with repeated contact with heavily sulfuric lotions or additives, we have seen them start to deteriorate. Our sterling silver chains (like all silver products) can antique naturally with exposure to water or humidity.

What If my bracelet breaks?

Don't worry, as long as you have the chain we will always re-zap it for you for free! You can also have your bracelert removed or adjusted for free at any time.

Does the zap hurt?

No, it is not painful at all. The zap just refers to the sound our machine makes. The application process is safe & painless.

Can I make my own design?

Yes! We love to make your ideas come to life. We have a chain by the inch option that allows you the flexibility to create any design you want. From arm bands to body chains to chain bralettes and waist chains, we can't wait to see what you come up with.
