WHY HIRE ONLY WOMEN?
On average women are paid 20% less than men. Economists estimate that it will be another 44 years before the wage gap closes. In an effort to close that gap, I have hired an all-female staff who I am committed to paying fairly. This allows my employees economic freedom, which I believe to be vital for all people. I do my best to provide an environment where my girl-boss staff feels safe, creative and encouraged to grow both within my company and outside of it.
