You can now book us to come to YOU! Book seamlessly online for your special event! Your group's personal stylist will assist you to make custom sized chains and add unique charms that reflect your personality. For groups larger than 30, please email hello@ninaberenato.com.

💛 This booking is set for groups of 15+. If you still would like us to travel to you and have less than 15 people, you can still book us using the 15 person option, but understand that the minimum price for us to travel to you is $900. 

Offsite bookings are available for locations within 60 miles of Austin, Dallas & Houston metro. Please reach out via email if your location is further outside of town as there may be an additional travel fee.

💗 A $60/person deposit is required to hold a reservation and confirm a private appointment. Chains and charms will be billed separately at time of service but your pre-paid deposit will be deducted from your purchase total. These deposits are non-refundable regardless of whether or not someone from your party cannot attend for any reason.

Once reserved, someone from our team will follow up to get the address, details of your event and confirm any special requests!

We do not do welded anklets or necklaces for safety and sanitary reasons.

Return Policy

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US in the form of store credit. For returns outside of the US, you are responsible for return shipping costs. All eligible returns will be credited back in the form of store credit. Eligible items for return must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Original shipping fees, worn or damaged merchandise, and gift cards are non-refundable. Permanent bracelets, charms, customized products, and items from the Women's Makers Walls are final sale.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
